This is important so that you could devise a plan on how to overcome them so you could keep developing the new good habits that would help you in managing your business.

Do not expect change to happen overnight, as this is not how it works. Focus on little things that you know are achievable then gradually work on adding more. With this, you would not be overwhelmed with the process that might cause you to back out.

Developing new good habits and throwing away the bad habits that you were used to doing for a long time could be less difficult if you find support from family and friends. They could give you motivation and inspiration, as well as help you stay focused in achieving your goals.
